             “As you give so shall you receive.” Many will answer: “I have so little that I cannot afford to give now.”  This is understandable.

             However, have you ever thought about when you will pass into the next life? Have you planned for it?

             Everyone needs to establish a will no matter how little is at stake. If you don’t the State will seize whatever you leave behind and dictate who receives your property.

             A will is your written declaration of how your assets are to be distributed at your passing. It is a formal legal document which must be prepared in compliance with the laws of the State in which you reside.

             A will allows you to select who  will serve as the personal representative, or executor, of your estate. This representative must see to it that all taxes and final expenses are paid as well as distributing your assets to those you have named in your will.

             A will can lessen the estate taxes or even eliminate them entirely.

             Charitable organizations can be named in your will. By remembering charities in your will, your estate can qualify for a charitable deduction which may save your estate significant taxes. The Plymouth Spiritualist Church is such a charitable organization we hope you will consider as a beneficiary of your estate.

           Your will assures you that your gift will make a difference in the world, no matter what you are able to give.

Gifts to the Plymouth Spiritualist Church, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible from any taxable portion of your income and/or estate, which results in reducing or even eliminating  taxes entirely.
